Shipping policy

ORDER PROCESSING: 
Please allow 1 day to process your order. Expect an email within 1 day to let you know your order is on the way!

Orders placed before 3pm will be delivered the same day.

Orders placed after 3pm will be delivered the following day. 
When your order is ready for delivery, you will receive an email with real-time tracking

 

 

information. 

FLAT RATE SHIPPING 
Orders are generally shipped within 1 day using Yodel. Standard delivery service is 2 - 4 business days. Flat rate shipping fee of £1.99 applies to orders shipping within the UK. Optional: For items to be shipped outside of the UK, please email sarah@minimagicalminds.com for a quote.

 

REFUNDS,, RETURNS AND EXCHANGES 
We accept returns up to 14 days after delivery, if the item is unused and in its original 
condition, and we will refund the full order amount minus the shipping costs for the return. 
In the event that your order arrives damaged in any way, please email us as soon as possible at sarah@minimagicalminds.com with your order number and a photo of the item’s condition. We address these on a case-by-case basis but will try our best to work towards a satisfactory solution.
