Find somewhere quiet.
Cuddle you Feel It Fiona if you like.
Take a slow breath.
Notice how your body feels.
Notice where you can feel your feeling.
There is nothing to change.
Nothing to fix.
Just notice and cuddle and feel.
Really feel it, and...
when it's ready...
let your feeling travel gently through your body...
down through your feet...
and into the roots of the Rainbow Tree.
The tree knows exactly what to do.

Place your hands over your heart.
Take three slow breaths.
Can you feel your Heart Light glowing?
As you breathe...
quietly whisper...
