Your toolkit should be filled with the things that help your body feel calm.

Choose something to become your Calm Toolkit.

Decorate it with your own colours, drawings or stickers.

Print and colour the My Calm Toolkit label and stick it on.

Think about the calm tools you enjoyed practising in Mission 1.

Now choose things that help your body.
