🌳 The Quiet Forest

In the quiet forest, Marcus Meerkat helps children notice big feelings and understand what their body is telling them.

The trees whisper softly, reminding children that big feelings are signals, not problems.

🌾 The Meadow

The open meadow is where children can pause and breathe.

Here Eddie Elephant helps children's bodies feel calm and steady again.

The grass moves gently in the breeze, reminding everyone to slow down and take a breath.

 

🦉 The Wisdom Branch

High in the branches of the forest trees, Olivia Owl watches with kind and thoughtful eyes.

She helps children understand what they are feeling and why.

Here, questions are welcome and every feeling can be explored safely.
