How to Begin

You do not need to introduce every resource at once.

🔺️Start by introducing the Feel It Triangle and the Feel It Friends.

🦋 Add one or two Daily Essentials, such as the Butterfly Pause and Feel It Welcome.

🟢 Teach the character/ layer lessons in an order that suits your class.

💬 Revisit the language and tools naturally throughout the school day.

💡 Use the extension activities when children are ready to explore an idea more deeply.

The framework is designed to support - not replace - your existing relationships, routines and professional judgement.

Children should always be supported in a way that reflects their age, needs and individual circumstances.
