Feel It Friday - Rainbow Tree, Feel It Moment
💛 Introduction
Feel It Friday is a gentle end-of-week practice that invites children to pause, reflect and notice what they are carrying from the week.
It creates a calm, supportive space to celebrate positive moments, acknowledge difficult experiences and reconnect with themselves before the weekend.
Children are encouraged to notice their feelings, thoughts and experiences without judgement, knowing that all feelings are welcome.
This is not about changing, fixing or getting rid of feelings.
It is about helping children feel, accept and gently let go of what they no longer need to carry.

There is nothing children need to fix, change or push away.
Feel It Friday creates a safe space to notice experiences, welcome feelings and remember that emotions naturally move when we allow ourselves to feel them.
Children learn that they can carry forward the moments that helped them grow and gently release what no longer serves them..
Together, Mini Magical Monday and Feel It Friday help children begin and end the week with calm, connection and self-awareness.
