🐘 When Marcus pops up, his most important job is to help keep us safe.
When this happens, our body can feel busy, fast or overwhelmed.
It can be much harder to remember our calm tools in that moment.
That's why we practise them before we need them.
Every time we practise when we are feeling calm...

Then, when Marcus pops up, Eddie can gently remind us:
