This gentle daily practice invites children to pause, check in with themselves and notice what is happening in their body, feelings and thoughts.
It is a simple way to bring the Feel It Framework into everyday classroom life and build emotional awareness over time.
This is not about changing how children feel.
It is about helping children notice, understand themselves and recognise that all feelings are welcome.
